Spiritual Counselling

Spiritual Counselling is a heart-centered, holistic form of guidance that supports you in connecting with your inner wisdom, healing emotional wounds, and navigating life’s challenges through a deeper spiritual lens.

Unlike traditional therapy, spiritual counselling isn’t just about managing symptoms — it’s about aligning with your soul, seeing into your inner as well as outer life. It’s a sacred space where you are seen, heard, and held, not just as a mind or body, but as a whole being — with spirit, purpose, and potential.

You might be drawn to spiritual counselling if you're:

  • Feeling lost, stuck, or disconnected from yourself

  • Moving through a transition, grief, or emotional pain

  • Longing for deeper meaning or a renewed sense of purpose

  • Seeking to reconnect with your intuition or spiritual path

Through gentle dialogue, presence, and tools such as meditation, breathwork, intuitive guidance, and ancient wisdom teachings, spiritual counselling helps you remember who you truly are — beyond fear, conditioning, or limitation.

It’s not about fixing you. It’s about guiding you back to your own truth, your own soul.

Counselling for Children (age 6-12 years) – A Safe Space to Be Seen and Heard

Children experience the world in ways that are deep, emotional, and often hard to express in words. Child counselling offers a safe, nurturing space for them to explore their feelings, build emotional resilience, and develop tools to navigate life’s challenges.

Whether your child is going through anxiety, grief, family changes, school difficulties, or simply struggling to express themselves, counselling provides a space where they can feel:

  • Heard without judgment

  • Supported in their emotions

  • Empowered with tools for self-awareness and confidence

Sessions are tailored to each child’s unique needs and may include gentle talk therapy, creative play, storytelling, mindfulness, movement, or breathwork — all designed to meet them at their level in a way that feels natural and engaging.

The goal is not to “fix” a child, but to help them feel safe, seen, and supported as they grow into their most authentic selves.

I am an experienced primary school counsellor. My appraoch is play-based seeking to understand the child’s world in order to identify the underlying casues of behavioural issues , social, emotional and psychological issues. Providing children with a space to feel safe and heard.

As with most psychotherapy services, the process is the outcome!
