Yoga to me, encapstulates the entire human and cosmic experience. It is pointless to consider it in any other way. Whilst we may approach the teachings and practices from a single strand it draws us inwards lesson-by- lesson, asking of us the big questions about who we are and why we are here. Ultimately yoga is about salvation (moksha), freedom of the individual soul (jivatma) from the karmic cycle of birth, death and rebirth bringing us towards the realisation and union with our true Self and the one eternal Being (Brahman).
Having trained as a Hatha yoga teacher, I became interested in Vedanta and Vedic meditation. I have trained in Mental Healh Aware Yoga and Himalayan Kundalini Kriya. My formal educational background is in health science and nutriton as well as counselling and psychotherapy.

I love sharing all that I learn especially the wisdom of yoga to inspire and empower my students through direct, experiential knowledge.
